Here at Y Stablau we’re passionate about using as many local suppliers as possible. Amongst many local producers we feature free range eggs from a traditional Welsh hill farm (Ochr Cefn Isa) and our local butcher’s wares are highlighted on our burger selection (OE Metcalfe). All our dishes are freshly cooked to order and our menus are written with you in mind – we know if you’ve just climbed Y Wyddfa or sped down a mountain bike trail you’ll want hearty food to replenish after a day out in the fresh air – we’ve a great kids selection in house too!

Drink

We’ve got a great selection from Conwy Brewery (who incidentally do a ‘brewer for the day’ course for the uninitiated) our team have picked their brains to the limit and are now cask-pro?s! We have a selection of wines from around the world. Our favourite at the moment is a Pinot Noir from the Cielo family in Venezia – not only is it full of red berry and cherry flavours it’s also organic.
